Help KJ Start His College Education

I've created this page for one of my senior students KJ Kovac in response to those who want to help him start his college education --We are beyond appreciative of your thoughts and interest in wanting to help KJ! He is truly blessed!
As shown in the video, KJ started his senior year with 12.5 credits out of the 24 needed to graduate. When I asked him why he had missed his whole sophomore year, he disclosed it was due to the loss of his mother, and then a year later, his father. When approached by Mr. Ramirez and I about a plan to double up (and in instances triple) his work load to assure he graduated on time, KJ did not hesitate. He was willing to do what ever it took to keep his promise to his parents. But this promise is half way full-filled. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he will graduate this year, but aspires to earn a college education.
KJ has applied to Chemeketa Community College and plans to start there in the fall. Current tuition rates are $115 per/credit. With a full-time enrollment plan, his first years tuition totals at $4,140. This cost does not include books or supplies nor costs for the city bus he will be using as transportation.
