Hello, and thank you for visiting and reading. This GoFundMe campaign is for my father, Phil Mattson. Phil is known and respected worldwide in the choral community for his 40+ years of work as a vocal arranger, pianist, and educator. Almost 3 years ago, he was hit by a distracted driver while riding his motorcycle. The accident paralyzed him from the waist down. His journey since then has had many ups and downs. His is a story about the human spirit and it's ability to triumph over adversity when faced with a life altering tragedy. My Dad has definitely "triumphed" with his positive attitude and strong desire to live.
Right now, Phil is facing another crisis. The extremely high cost of his monthly medical care has drained all of his financial resources and left him facing the real possibility of being evicted from his assisted living facility within the next 30 days. HE NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW!
If you can, PLEASE contribute whatever amount you can to help him avert this crisis. Also, please share this campaign wherever you can on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and all other forms of social and traditional media. We will be SO grateful for anything that you can do to help him NOW… so that we can get him out of the very precarious financial situation that he is currently in.
Thank you so much for your consideration and support.
Sincerely,
Mark Mattson
(son of Phil)
