Help keep Angela in the classroom

Most of you probably know that my daughter, Angela Santucci, has been struggling for the last few years with health issues and professional challenges. She currently teaches music and drama in a K-8 private school, operates her own music studio, and takes on as many other employment opportunities as she can, such as directing musicals for other schools. She often works two or more of her jobs in one day, six to seven days a week.
Unfortunately, she was informed this year that she has to obtain her teaching license, which was not a requirement when she was hired last year and which she did not need at her previous school. Angela loves her job and her school; they are incredibly appreciative of her time and her talents and support her wholeheartedly. The decision to require a license did not come from them but from a higher institution that oversees the school, and therefore there is no funding available to assist her.
As Angela works most weeknights, she is unable to take the local classes for NC teacher licensure. Instead, she is completing a year- long online program through East Carolina University. The tuition for the program will be just over $3,000. Added to the $10,000 in medical bills that she has incurred over the last two years, this is a debt she simply cannot afford to incur. However, she must complete the program to keep her job. Angela loves teaching at her school, and will gladly do the work to obtain her license, but the cost is out of her reach.
Angela has had a positive impact on so many people in the Raleigh area, both professionally as an outstanding teacher and role model and personally through her many friends and community activities. Her sister Karen and I have established a GoFundMe page for Angela to try to help her with the cost of her coursework through ECU. Angela has a hard time asking for help, but we have convinced her that she really needs this. If you have the ability to make even a small contribution, it would be very much appreciated.
