Help Karen Get Her MS Meds

I've been taking Tecfidera since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and it has been a wonder drug for me. It has not only prevented more damage, but has healed some of the damage that had been done. Because of the extremely high cost of the medication I have been enrolled in a copay assistance program through the manufacturer to help with my out of pocket expense, but was blindsided by a $5000 bill this past month from my new pharmacy. After many calls it has been determined that my insurance through my new job requires the entire deductible to be paid by the patient and does not allow any copay assistance programs. That means I'm responsible for the full amount.  It is also time for me to reorder my medication, but they will not send it to me until I pay the outstanding balance.  Also, being a new year, my deductible has started over and I am going to owe another $5000.  My January prescription which would usually cost me nothing out of pocket is going to cost me $10,000 which is about five months pay. Any little bit would help.
