Help Jovan E. Stay in College

My name is Jovan E. Watlington and I am a current Sophomore at Pace University majoring in Musical Theatre. I am from Paterson, NJ and I have created this account because I am on the verge of not staying in college. I have no one to help assist me in my education anymore. So I am asking today if someone finds it within their heart to please help me.
I have blessed enough to have been able to attend the college of my dreams and now that I am on verge of seeing my dream drift away, I am at my ends roads to figure out to stay in school. My mother is a single parent and she is not in the means to help me financially anymore. She works the best that she can to help me stay in school and she has sacrifice so much my freshman year, that she cannot do anything anymore. My father is not involved in my life as much as I wish and cannot help me neither. I have tried to turn to relatives and even my university and I have no one who can help me.
Pace University has been a dream come true for me. I have accomplished so much within a short amount of time. To start, out of over hundreds and thousands of audition hopefuls who applied to be admitted into Pace's Musical Theatre program, only a pool of under 30 individuals were accepted and I was fortunate enough to be one of those lucky ones. I am the only African American male within my class. I have been blessed to have been in two main stage musicals my freshman and sophomore year, "Privilege" and "Jesus Christ Superstar". In addition, I have been blessed enough to have been chosen to sing behind Tony Award Winner, Cynthia Erivo "Celie from The Color Purple on Broadway" at Elsie Fest! with many Broadway stars. Also, I was chosen by my voice teacher from New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Janeece Freeman-Clark, to be mentor by Isaiah Johnson "from The Color Purple (Broadway) and Hamilton (National Tour)" and perform along side with him in a concert. Outside of the performing arts, I am heavily involved within my school. I have an on campus job as a Student Associate in the Student Development and Campus Activities Department and although I had a job, I was unable to put funds towards to my tuition since I had no one helping me when it came to my neccesities. Also, I was a Peer Leader for the UNV 101 for Freshmen. I have been a spokesperson for the Accepted Students' Day, was the Homecoming Pace Ambassador my freshman year, was given the chance to be the school's mascot, and was also an Orientation Leader and returning as a Legacy Leader. I am extremely passionate when it comes to my school and what it has to offer. I do not want to leave my school because of my family's unfortunate circumstance. If I can raise this amount up, then I will be able to register for courses for the spring. I only pay for housing since I am out of state but if I have to, I am willing to commute for the spring semester in order to stay in school even though I am currently cast in a new musical.
To conclude, I ask with a bleeding heart if you find it in your heart to help and donate to my college fund. It will not go to waste and it is an investment to someone who has a bright future. With your donation of any amount, I will continue to work tirelessly knowing that I am still in school because of YOU. I am a driven individual who has the heart and soul to go after his dreams and will not give up at any costs. I am currently mapping out a financial plan for the future so I will not encounter this again. God has not brought me this far to simply just give up on me and I know I am meant to stay at Pace and will do what it takes to stay there because this is my destiny and my dream.
