Help Jen get teeth fixed

My wife has had teeth problems due to a vitamin deficiency while pregnant she doesn’t have any insurance. We have tried to get help everywhere we knew how to fix her teeth they said now they all have to be surgically removed and dentures we have waited as long as we could but now she has a very bad abscess on the gum and could very easily spread to her brain if you are able to help her let’s help her get these fixed and put so she no longer is in pain or it doesn’t turn any more serious she is only 26 and needs to stay as healthy as possible for our babies please please help if your able I’ll keep you updated as far as the bad abscess thank you in advance
