Help Jarvis become a 3-legged stud!

You know what is better than 4 legs? Three! 

Hi my name is Sir Jarvis Reginald Woof Woof.  I am working as a therapy dog with youth who struggle with anger management, with the elderly, and with people who have special needs.  My friends in the nursing home love when I come to visit.  I connect really well with people who have special needs because I have a little disability myself - I have four legs, but only three of them work! I am the most loved dog I know (I even have my own instagram!), but I need a surgery that my mom, who also works for people with disabilities, can't quite afford.

I was picked up from the streets in January and spent several months in the shelter before finding my fur-ever home.  Prior to my rescue I was hit by a car, and in the accident my hip socket and part of my femur were completely shattered.  I also lost half my tail but I actually really like it that way.  The vet says there are shattered fragments of bone in my left hip and because of that he is recommending amputation to help with the pain.  I hope to live out the rest of my life as a happy boy with minimal pain and less legs.  Three, to be exact.  It may be hard but I am up to the challenge!
