Help Jane relocate her home from flooding

Due to all the snow melting, rain, and releasing of water up in South Dakota, my mom is now without a home as it is completely under water. She tried getting everything she could out of the house into the garage but unfortunately the garage is also now flooded. It is uncertain what, if anything is salvageable in her house/garage. She will most likely have to find an apartment and start over again with clothes, appliances, furniture, dishes, etc. Anything helps right now and is greatly appreciated
