Help Izzy Hunt Again

During the 2018 Teal Hunt opener my 11 year old lab, Izzy, tore her ACL mid way through the hunt.  I was able to take her to the vet the same day and was told she needs either a 1000$ surgery or her hunting career is likely done. I am asking for 1500 to cover any unexpected costs the procedure might include.
