Help see Ibery to her forever home!
Ibery has seen far too much trouble in her 3 young years. Ibery has a condition in which her eyelids curl in, known as Entropian- allowing her eye fur to rub against her eye causing irritation. She’ll need surgery on both eyes in addition to spaying to move forward.
Ibery has a potential adopter but her costly medical needs are keeping her from getting there.
Ibery grew up in an abusive and criminal household. When her owner was detained she was given to a well meaning family. This family had neither the resources nor the care to give her what she needed. She was essentially neglected. With only her basic needs met she was often sequestered to a 3x4 space for most of her day and night.
A caring trainer stepped up to be her advocate! She has been working with this person and has been found to be an amazing, sweet, compassionate dog despite the world of pain she has endured.
Ibery is temporarily staying in a home where she is well cared for but they can not keep her. She NEEDS this surgery to correct her eyes and she still needs to be spayed.
