Help Hijab and her family

My name is Mohammed Afraz - from Nelson. I have been travelling to Pakistan yearly for over 7 years. Whenever I travel to Pakistan Hijab's father helps around the home and loves to help with daily chores for me and my family. On 20th May 2018 my father passed away from PSP (progressive Supraneculeur Palsy) and it was my fathers wish to be buried in his home country and village called Jaurah situated in Gujrat district of Pakistan. This is where this family also resides, about 2 minutes from our home. 

This family has always been there for us doing every little they can to help us and in return we have always paid and helped as much as we can. Since I have seen the conditions these children are living in and the fact that they have a disability has prompted me to help. My father also suffered from a disability. 

The little girl in the picture is Hijab who has a condition called Syndactyly - conjoined hands and feet.  She is 8 months old. 

Samiuallah her older brother also suffers from Syndactyly. Samiuallah is 7 years old and studying at school. 

We are raising funds to provide a safer and more spacious shelter for these 2 special children. The current home they are living in consist of 2 very small rooms on the ground floor and a room on the first level. To get to this room where the children sleep they must do via a ladder and due to this disability some instances has resulted in injury due to falling from the ladders. Time is critical to get this work done now and provide safety for these children.  There is no bathroom and no water supply also. 

If we raise the funds needed we will be building a new home on the current plot on 3 levels with a bathroom providing clean water, safety and also security.  

I myself will be travelling to Pakistan on my own expense. Every penny will be donated towards this cause with full accountability and we will be updating you regularly on the process.
