Help Hannah escape a toxic home

My partner Hannah is trying to move across the country to get their life started and distance themself from their family. I'm preparing to help them with the initial costs of living here, but their situation has been increasingly unbearable. They're trying to get out before the end of 2018.

They currently live in an area that's generally hostile to anyone who's queer, mentally ill, or otherwise "different". The possibility of getting decent mental health care is slim to nil, and the environment they live in is only making things worse. Their parents' behavior has been bad for a long time and hasn't shown much improvement.

Hannah's relationship with their mother is relatively stable at the moment, but in the past has ranged from tenuous to nightmarish. Hannah's father is a literal neo-Confederate and, beyond simple neglect, utterly refuses to better Hannah's life in any way.

When Hannah moves here, I'll be able to help them with living costs, but my finances are stretched thin and we need at least the funds for airfare and other moving expenses to get things in motion. If we could get a little bit of extra money to pay for things while they search for a job here, that would be even better.
