Help Gilda Con't Health Insurance

I found a lump in my left breast December 2016 . I'm going through chemotherapy now but find that I won't be able to work full time and support myself.
I'm a divorced grandmother of six wonderful children. From ages 16 to 2, they fill me with joy , love and honestly, concern sometimes. But they keep me going. It is for them, my daughter and son-in-law that I've made this commitment to a year's worth of chemotherapy followed by radiation and lastly hormone therapy. My diagnosis came about 3 weeks after finding the lump; stage 2 infiltrating ductal carcinoma. A lumpectomy with sentinel lymph node removal followed soon after. Last week I had my first session of chemo with my daughter by my side.
I'm very fortunate my health insurance is excellent and my co-pays are low. I'm very grateful for that. But I find that I won't be able to work full time during this and I have no savings to fill in the gaps in income. I've applied for disability but haven't received any payments yet. As a result I estimate I will be short about $1,000 per month to cover my regular rent, car payment, other monthly bills, uncovered medical costs mostly for treatment of side effects and to maintain a healthy diet during the year of treatment. I'm on a LOA from work and can return when I'm able or off and on depending on my health.
This is my last resort to be able to stay in my apartment and keep my car which is vital to my treatments and working.
I hope you can help. Thank you for reading my campaign.
