Help Get Jason back to Wyoming

My friends, after spending the last month in the hospital, I am finally being released next week to a rehab facility in Casper. The problem is, despite approving coverage for the facility I'm going to, my health insurance won't help me out with the ambulance ride to get there. And so, I'm asking for your support. I love Denver and all, but I sure would like to get back to the 307. And I'd be grateful if you folks could help me out!
