Help George Keep His Hind Legs

Meet George, the rambunctious chi-weenie. For the past couple months George has been suffering from intervertebral disk disease.  Unfortunately, this disease is very common with his breed because of his long body.  He has been on pain medication since being diagnosed, has undergone acupuncture as you can see in his picture, and was seeing some progress until recently.
Because of the disease, he is losing function of his hind legs.  He is not yet  fully paralyzed, but he is close enough that doctors want him to undergo surgery. Unfortunately, this procedure costs upwards of $8500.  Please consider donating to help save this good boy from a short and difficult life.
