Help French Fry the French Bulldog

On Saturday July 28th I arrived home from work around 5:30pm. When I entered the kitchen I noticed Fry Fry sunbathing. When she came to greet me she was dragging her hind legs. I immediately started to freak out. I called a fellow coworker to go with me to the specialist to see what was going on.
After she had a physical exam the Doctor told me she most likely slipped a disc. The only way to find out for sure would be an MRI. I was given an estimate of $6,000 to $8,000 just for surgery. That's not including what physical therapy will cost. We love our baby girl so much. She is our first dog together. Seeing her like this kills us. We hope for a speedy recovery, she definitely is a fighter.
She is such a happy energetic girl always playing with one of our cats. She has regular play dates with her best French bulldog friend Pickles. Her favorite things to do are having the zoomies, going to grandmas, and licking her tiny humans face.
We just need a little bit of help. I'm working fulltime taking care of a 1 year old and my husband who just had surgery and is out of work for a few weeks.
