Help Frank pay his rent 67 year old disabled

I don’t know what else to do. My father was at Publix today and purchased money order for his rent. He is 67 years old and disabled. He left him on the counter and the man behind him in line grabbed them. He has filed a police report but needs a way to pay his rent and a late fee now. He is on disability and it’s a very fixed income. If he get evicted there is no where else to rent in Panama City due to hurricane Michael.  Please find it in your heart to help.
