Spreading love to the Cramer family

Have you ever had that feeling of defeat? Like no matter how hard you work or how much time you give, it's never enough?  That moment where the hits keep coming and you continue to take them because there's nothing else you can do?  This is a story about those feelings.  For those that have followed this story, it seems like there's no end in sight. 

My cousin, Jamie and her husband, Mike have been given the most devastating news that no parent should receive.  Their 7 month old baby boy, Christopher, has been diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, an aggressive, malignant brain tumor.  The tumor is on the left side of his brain, with tumor cells on the right side of his brain and throughout his spinal cord.

In the next week, he will be admitted into the hospital for a spinal tap and to start chemotherapy.  He will be hospitalized for a few days during the chemo treatment and will return to the hospital every 3-4 weeks for treatment.

This is only the beginning of what this little boy and family will endure.  We don't know the depth of the treatment at this time as they are awaiting pathology results from St. Jude to help determine the best plan of care.  At this point, the doctors are doing all that they can.  Fortunately, we serve a faithful God and this family is holding steadfast in their faith.
