We are the Castricum family...Dad, Mom, Joseph, Maria and our 4 rescue kitties. We have all happily lived in our home in Budd Lake for 16 years. Dad is Mr. Fix-it and has worked hard to refurbish and maintain our home and yard. Mom is known as the "baby lady" and along with loving and nurturing her own 3 now grown children, has loved and cared for numerous infants awaiting their forever homes. We enjoy our home and family life. On October 14th of this year our water well suddenly and unexpectedly ran dry and now we have no water supply to our home. As you can imagine ,life is not easy without running water, showers, or the ability to do laundry. Our well, we have been informed, is out of code and a new well will have to be drilled on our property. The cost for this could run as high as $20,000. Needless to say, even though we all work hard, we do not have the means to pay for this project. Unable to obtain the loan necessary, we are reaching out to our friends for assistance. This is a dire situation and we hope to raise the funds needed in as short a time as possible. We are in real danger of losing our home unless we are able to get this well installed. We are grateful to the many friends who have reached out to provide temporary assistance. It would be a tremendous blessing for us to have the assistance we are seeking and would be most appreciated.
