Help for Shehryar

I am doing this campaign for raising the funds for my husband Shehryar Maneka in order to afford the life saving medical surgery to get him a liver transplant that the doctors have suggested to opt for immediately.

 He is 34 yrs of age, he is a father of a beautiful son and has a family of 4 to support, also he is the sole bread earner of the family.He was a full time employee for a landscaping company before he found out about the severe cirrhosis due to hep B alone with liver cancer. 

 He was very spritely, very dedicated, hardworking and did everything he could for the well-being of his family.  The best son , husband a wife could ask for and the best dad.  Earlier this November, one day he fell on the floor with a severe abdominal pain and turned pale.  We rushed him to the hospital to find out that he has severe final stage cirrhosis with liver cancer due to chronic Hepatitis B infection which we were totally unaware of.  After multiple ER visits,  liver biopsy and MRIs the doctor have recommended to undergo a couple of life saving procedures. An urgent ERCP and liver transplant. We live in Herndon Virginia while the doctors have recommended us to get the transplant from Johns Hopkins Maryland which is the only hospital willing to take his case urgently. We are lucky that we have been able to find a donor (his brother) after the cross matching and a series of rigorous testing and we didn't have to be on the list and wait for a liver for months. However due to the high costs associated with the transplant and the medication expenses we are under the financial constraints and will not be able to get him the surgery unless we have sufficient funds. Since Johns Hopkins is out of state for us insurance is not going to cover the cost of the these procedures and the hospital stay.
Also with him not being able to work, we are under severe financial burden.  With all that said,  me,  my husband and his family would be very much thankful for your support. We all need him and he is the only person we count on as we have a son to raise and two elderly parents to take care of as well.  Please show your support to help me save my husband. I am willing to share all the reports we have and the doctors' recommendation. We will truly appreciate your kind support in this cause.
