Help for Sarah who has lost so much

I'm trying to raise some money for Sarah. Sarah is always the one, who's there for everybody else. She's an angel who walks amongst us. She will drop everything to help someone in need. Right now she needs is the one who needs help. Due to the excessive amount of rain in Chester County, Pa. Sarah's living quarters have completely flooded she has lost almost everything. She came home and her dogs in the crates 3 inches of rain water had made it into her living quarters.  She needs to gut her bedroom, and buy so much all over again.
