Help for our sweet pup, Moose

Our sweet puppy, Moose, ate something that has created a blockage in his intestines.  If the blockage isn’t removed, he won’t make it. The cost at the emergency vet is estimated at $4000-$6000 dollars. We really want this puppy to be a part of our family for as long as possible but just can’t afford the procedure. Any help with this would be appreciated.
