Help for Noel's Family

Hi everyone , my name is Richard Hernandez from San Diego, I had the amazing opportunity to be a close friend of Noel as we were growing up. As you all know Noel unfortunately passed away. This site was set up with the intention of raising funds to help out with funeral expenses for Noel’s family. If you had the opportunity to meeting Noel you know he was an amazing person who always had a smile in his face, and who go out if his way to help anyone in need.
