Help for my Dog's Eye removal due to Glaucoma

From the day I first rescued her from the puppy mill where she was bred 5 years ago, my dog Taiga has faced the kind of medical challenges that are sadly common in puppies inhumanely produced at mills that offer "designer" breeds. She was born with a collapsed trachea, a condition that has made even simple acts like running in the park a challenge, as well as brachycephalic ocular syndrome, a condition of the eyes that causes frequent irritation and pain. Despite the difficulties she's faced, however, Taiga has never been anything but the sweetest, most loyal little pup a person could ask for, and has remained my companion through some of the hardest times of my life. She's been a great source of comfort to me through my struggles, and I have done my best to give her a comfortable, happy life in return.
A couple of weeks ago, Taiga developed a level of irritation in her right eye that was much higher than any I had seen before. I took her to the vet, where she was diagnosed with acute onset glaucoma. As a Shih-Tzu, Taiga is particularly vulnerable to this condition, and the rapid and aggressive progression of the condition had already left her blind in the impacted eye, with the possibility of it progressing to her other eye as well. Worse, the pressure on her impacted eye is continuing to build, and rapidly becoming extremely painful. Surgery to have the eye removed is the only solution to restoring Taiga's quality of life.
The cost of the surgery, and the lab analysis to determine if her other eye is also at risk, comes to around $3000. It's more than I could ever hope to afford on my own, but I can't possibly put a price tag on Taiga's health and well-being. She's the sweetest dog there is, and she never asked for this, or any of her other medical problems, to happen to her- this is simply the bad hand she was dealt in life, and I want to do everything I can to help her get through this with as little suffering as possible. I owe her that much, and more. I have maybe a month and a half before it becomes to unbearable for her.
I'm turning to my community for help with great appreciation for any donation toward the cost of the surgery Taiga desperately needs, and the relief she deserves.
