Help for monique's new eye

My wife Monique had to get a prosthetic eye 2 years ago due to an injury as a child since shes got the prosthetic shes been have migraines and numerous infection and has caused her quite a big of pain and grief, we went to a new eye specialist yesterday and he said the first specialist that made her first eye did not know what they were doing and made it to small so it does not fit right an causes pressure points and causes her eye to droop an allows dirt to get behind her eye which causes infections, he said it cannot be made larger, he has got to make a whole new eye. The sad part is he does not accept our insurance and a new acrylic eye will cost 1200$ there is no way we can afford that anytime soon and  she really needs this to get done because it is causing her so much pain an grief. We are asking for help please!
