Help for medical costs and bills

I had my LVAD implanted two months ago. Due to not being able to work, amdy disability still being processed, I have run out of funds. I am not able to afford my cell phone, car payment, car insurance, or food. I am Thankful for any assistance and God bless you. I hate having to ask, however I have no other option anymore.
