This fund will be used to replace Jessie's laptop, provide food, and to assist in replacing missing documents. Jessie's story is below:
"I just got mugged today, at 11:30 am, right on my street, just a few doors down from my front door. 3 young kids, maybe high school sophomores, or juniors. All males, and way bigger than me, so little fucking cowards. I ran after them into one of the side alleys, and they were lucky I was wearing my 2 inch heel clogs, because I was gonna beat the fear of God into their hides. Don't laugh, I had enough adrenaline and rage inside of me, to do this. They took everything: my laptop (my whole life is in that machine, my work), my bank cards, Passport, ID's, House Keys, and utility bills with my home address.

They took my shit, and my computer, the means and the tools of how I make a living. They have seriously fucked me over and made things very inconvenient and difficult, for this Brown woman, a single woman who lives on a very limited and tight budget. There's nothing in my home, to steal. Only my little cat. Thank God, I left Humo enough water and food. "
