Help for Leo’s cushings disease

Hi all, I’m sure most of you know what problems Leo has had in the last 4 years with his boas/collapsed lung surgery, surgery on his oesphagus and cherry eyes, well he had really severe allergies, for the past few years he’s been on steroids and apoquel, well this has now led to him having cushings disease and calcinosis cutis, before he can start treatment for that we have to wean him off steroids and get his allergies under control.. this can prove difficult as he has gone into anaphylactic shock a few times having missed just 1 steroid... his meds have been halved to half a dose for the last week and then will be halved again to half a steroid every other day until we can discontinue use completely, once this is done he can try the cytopoint injection as apoquel is now too risky as it works through the liver, and with cushings this is not worth the risk.. he is under a dermatologist vet, which I’m sure you will be aware is costly in itself, and now the drugs will be trial and error until we find something to control the allergies, I have tried everything as lots of you know, I would spend me last penny on Leo as I have lots of times with insurance not paying, Leo’s insurance excludes allergies so everything I have o pay for, luckily when we start treatment for cushings that will be covered by insurance, so i am asking the biggest favour ever, if anyone could spare £1 for Leo so I can get him he treatment he needs before we can start treating the cushings, I am a single Mum who cannot work due to a disability so I am exhausting any spare money I have, I would really appreciate any help at all for Leo, I have been pursuaded by many people to do this as I’ve been trying to hardest to get him everything he needs but money is dwindling away, I will provide all vets bills and update as much as possible ❤️ Thank you all for your continued support for Leo, he’s such a character and I just want him to feel good and be his normal self and not be sore anymore ❤️ Every little helps, I’m not expecting much if any, but feel free to help and donate if you would like to ❤️ Thank you all
