Help for Humble

I am a member of the community in this neighborhood. So many families did NOT have flood insurance because they were NOT in the 500 year flood zone. Which means they, we, have lost everything with no means to replace it. I want to help ease the financial burden to as many of my neighbors as I can. Everything helps!
