Help for Emmilou

Earlier this year I met two beautiful women that would soon become my good friends. I learned of the love the two shared for each other and the family they would soon have, after a painstaking and expensive IVF journey, when they welcome their first daughter Emmilou into the world later this year. In February this year the girls headed back home to Perth to marry one another and find out the gender of their baby. Unfortunately on their return their fairy tale came to a crashing hault when they learned the fate of their unborn baby girl. Emmilou will be born with an extremely rare cluster of physical deformities: beginning with her congenital scoliosis, affecting her mobility from waist down, her circulatory system, her respiratory system and excretory system; and these are just the things we know about thus far. It very likely she will also face other medical issues. When Emmilou is born there is a high chance she will need immediate surgeries as well as being placed in a body cast until she is at least 18months old. She will need several trips to a children's hospital in Sydney and possibly a wheel chair later in life. Because of this I would like to reach out to anyone who can help Monique and Kirsty financially provide the medical care Emmilou needs to get a head start in her long journey to recovery.
