Help for Cotton

On May 22, I took Cotton to the vet on suspicion of having a UTI. However; when the test results of the urinalysis came back, it showed some abnormal cells in his bladder that are believed to be cancerous. In order to have a specialist come and do more testing, it is going to cost me around $420. Thats just for confirmation... I've had my boy since he was 1 month old. I dont have children, so he is all I have.  I can't bear the thought of losing him so soon. Even if it comes out that he does have cancer; i dont know how im going to pay for the surgery if they can remove it. Im pridful and don't ask for things from people but please; even its $5, i need your help.
