Hello, GoFundMe users! The woman on this photo is Irina, a mother of two small children, who has a terminal stage cancer of cervix. Her case, however, has a miracle.
Irina arrived to Israel for cancer treatment in a wheel-chair after a chemotherapy in Russia pushed her only closer to death, she arrived with a trumor in her cervix the size of a melon (!). Her hopes for living were minimal and were placed on the shoulders of the Israeli doctors. The doctors told Irina that in her case they can only try a U.S. medicine called Keytruda. This medicine is extremely expensive. The dose that Irina had to take cost around 10,000$. To pay for the first medication her husband gave their only home, an apartment, to the bank in exchange for a financial loan.
Irina, doctors, and her family did not know what to expect... would that medicine help?
