Help fix baby Kylainah’s feet!

Kylainah (11 weeks old) was born with a common birth defect known as club feet. We sought treatment where we live from an orthopedic surgeon. After a few casts, we noticed something wasn’t right. Her casts begin to slip, leaving her feet swollen and bruised. The most recent casts came completely off in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the doctor did not want to admit that anything was wrong. When we got a second opinion, we learned that the faulty casting resulted in what is known as complex club foot, leading us to a doctor in St. Louis who specializes in correcting the complex club foot. Kylainah has Medicaid, which does not pay out of state costs. The out of pocket costs are as follows:

$1870 for her initial visit
$929 each for 4 casts (for a total of $3716)
$1308 for her surgery

Plus travel expenses including gas (possibly plane tickets depending on how well she travels) and hotel expenses.
