Help end the horror faced by stray animals in Peru

My name is Karina and I want to solve the overpopulation of stray dogs and cats by supporting neuter/spay campaigns in my native country Peru.
Some years ago it was estimated that there are over 6 million dogs and 6 million cats in the streets of Peru. I have lived in the US for four years. Every time I go back to Peru I get so sad seeing all of these animals in the street, many of them in horrible condition.
I wanted to do something so I did some research. It is estimated that each dog/cat not fixed contributes to at least 5 more animals in the streets in a period of five years (the rest of babies do not survive). And that's when I realized that the only way to fix the situation long-term is through spay and neuter programs.
Since then, I've reached out to dog/cat rescuers and veterinarians to understand and learn everything that a neuter/spay program involves. From getting a place to do it, the veterinarians, the post-surgery care, etc., fixing one animal costs 13 USD.
And after weeks of planning, on January 19th, 2019 I had the first neuter/spay campaign, which I funded myself, in a very poor area of Lima. 26 dogs and cats were fixed. Everything went well and now you're reading this because I want to multiply that effect.
I need your help.
For perspective, 13 USD could buy a meal at a nice restaurant in Lima. Especially in the poor areas, families cannot afford to spay/neuter their animals and there's where the problem increases. This neuter/spay program is focused on funding the spay/neuter surgery of animals from underprivileged families, strays, and animals living in shelters (they are run by people with no government support so they always struggle with funds for food, meds, etc.). In other words, animals that otherwise won’t be fixed.
I'm asking for your contribution to get to the goal of neutering/spaying 1000 animals this year. This will prevent thousands of animals in the future from being vulnerable in the streets. Even if you can contribute to just one surgery (13 USD), I'll be really thankful.
