Help Darryl go to Germany

My name is Darryl Anne Mooney. I am an independent mum with four children. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013.

I am raising £8,000 to get the urgent treatment i need to heal my body from cancer.

The clinic i need to attend is in Germany and the treatment costs £4,000 per week excluding travel costs etc, they advise that i need to attend for 2 weeks. 
I plan to rent a room near the clinic and travel by bicycle each day instead of staying at the clinic to keep the costs down.

I need to travel on the 21st of November until the 5th of Decemeber.
