Help for Chance

On 4/29/18 a horrible event took place, someone lined up six 4 week old puppies and shot them. We heard 6 gunshots and went to check on the puppies that was at an abandoned house at the end of the road. When we got to where the puppies were we wondered why they wasn’t running up to us to greet us. Only one was still breathing and let out a yelp when we approached it. Chance (the surviving puppy) was rushed to an emergency animal clinic in critical condition with a gun shot to his neck, later they found that the bullet had exited his neck and hit the joint in his leg and shattered it. We are asking for help with the vet bills to keep this little baby alive. Thank you in advance!
