Help Cass Stand Again

My name is Erick but everybody knows me and calls me Cass. I was shot on December 13th 2011 seven times in a attempt robbery which turned into a attempt murder. I was shot twice in the face, twice in my left arm, once in the left thumb and left arm, and the Paralyzing shot that tore through my Right lung (Causing my lungs to collapse) but also shattered and embedded itself inside my Spinal Cord (T-8 Incomplete).

I've had a standard wheelchair since leaving the hospital but now I've found a Standing Wheelchair (The Standing Company) that can actually STAND me up. This chair will give me the ability to remove pressure off my spine, fight UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), give me proper Blood Flow, and combat constant Muscle spasms. It will also allow my 7 year old Daughter to finally see her father stand tall. 

I don't have Insurance but I do have Medicaid but they will not sign over the funds for such a Pricey Chair (roughly 13.9K-15k). So I'm reaching out for HELP!
