Help me repair my boat!

Bay tribe! We need your help, generosity and support for John who had his boat destroyed last week in a storm in Had Rin.
John lives off his boat (which is the only wooden boat left in the Tri-Bay, the rest of the boats are made of fibreglass) for his livelihood, and he is really needing our help to buy a new boat.
It's a great opportunity for us to come together as a community to help him as he has been so sweet and generous to us, so let's return the favour!
He is looking for an additional $2000 AUD to fix his boat, which is:

Dear Wonderful Bay Tribe,
I have been requested by Go Fund Me to post this update:
I have been acting as an advocate for Captain John, and I will be the one to withdraw the donations and to ensure that the funds reach Captain John as soon as possible to fix his boat.
This is because Captain John does not have the requirements in Thailand to withdraw funds from Go Fund Me. I will be doing this on his behalf.
Lastly, thank you so much for supporting Captain John for the repairs of his boat. I love you all.
