Help Candice Pay Medical Expenses

Hi y'all. I never thought I would have to start a GoFundMe campaign, but alas I have found myself in a less than ideal money situation after having a hysteroscopy to simply diagnose my fibroids. Because I don't have ample insurance as a freelance journalist, I have been unable to pay the bill for the surgery as well as the sonogram (which was inconclusive) and the MRI needed prior to the surgery. 

I thought I could handle this on my own by making very small payments for the last few months (the surgery was in March and the sonogram and MRI occurred in December and January, respectively), but I have not been able to pay it off yet and now debt collectors have been contacting me.  That said, I need to get the funds as soon as possible to get them off my back. 

Because these aren't the only bills I have, this has presented a huge problem for me since I have a very, very tiny budget. It's meant that I've had to cut back tremendously on basic needs like food. 

I know in this economy it's tough to even consider donating money, so I appreciate you even taking the time to read this. For those of you who donate, you are contributing to my livelihood and ability to keep a roof over my head and food on my plate. I thank you in advance!
