Help Cake Replace Stolen Car

This is my girlfriend, Charlie aka Cake. Their car was stolen between yesterday evening and this morning. Today was their first day at a new job, just to find that their car was gone! This is also a week before we are supposed to be moving to a new place, away from this crime-infested area, so we don't exactly have the means to get a vehicle right away. Anything helps!
