Help us support healing journeys

For those of you that don’t know me very well let me share a bit of my journey that has brought me here.   Since I was very young I had to work hard to support my young family.  I worked my way through many careers and always strived to learn, grow, and be the best at what I did. 

I have worked in different industries from banking, retail, and beyond that all led to some level of management type role. 

After trying my hand in different arenas I finally settled in with a career in HR.  I have seen people at their best, worst, strongest, most vulnerable, and coached countless people to help them grow themselves and their teams to success.  Through all of this I never truly felt successful.  The “powers that be” always had me keep myself at a distance, which kept me from being able to truly help those I worked with and for.

I have seen so many people stressed out, burned out, and completely out of balance.  I chose to leave my then HR job and pursue a degree in Holistic Healthcare with a concentration in Western Herbalism and Holistic Nutrition.  I found a true passion in Herbs and Holistic Wellness. 

 Since my time in school I have tried to wrap my head around what to do with my new found passion and education.  IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!!

We have acquired a lovely space to start our community ApotheKerry.  As soon as we found this spot we put in an application.  Walking through the door I saw my vision before me.  This is a place people can come to detox, de-stress, and rebuild.  In today’s world we are pushed to always be on, never truly rest, and have lost our tools that keep us in balance.  Your Apothekerry will be a space for all to come, learn, and practice old ways to bring about balance in our lives and bodies.  We aim to focus on the mind, body, spirit aspect of wellness all the while creating a community of support. 

Our wellness boutique will provide education on topics like herbal remedies, energy balance, true stress management, art,  and so much more.  We even plant to host community movie nights featuring movies on wellness and healing at no cost.

Your Apothekerry will offer services such as herbal consults, JOY coaching, Reiki, Sound therapy, and so much more.  We will bring these modalities to individuals and companies to support those looking for wellness, balance, and community. 

 I am asking you all to help bring this dream into reality.  My goal is set at $125,000.  This money will serve as working capital to get our company rocking and rolling and will also help us add additional healing equipment such as a sound therapy chair and sauna.  Additionally we are starting our own line of herbal remedies.  This money will help us with leasing a commercial kitchen space and help us pay a person or two to help out.  Anything you can do to support us would be so appreciated.  We even accept smiles, words of encouragement, and positive energy.  = )
