Help The Little Prince: Reimagined Come To Life

Hi everyone! We are Richard Lam and Crystal Lee, two Toronto-based theatre creators who together form Puzzle Piece, a theatre company dedicated to creating shows that are fresh, exciting, and meaningful. We're raising money to support our first show: a brand-new modern adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupery's classic children's novel The Little Prince that we're calling The Little Prince: Reimagined.
We've been working on The Little Prince: Reimagined for a while now, and we're almost ready to put it on stage! We have a great script, a gorgeous staging concept, and an incredible team that features director Jon Lachlan Stewart, designer Anahita Dehbonehie, and puppeteer/performer Kira Hall. We're taking the show to Sudbury, ON, for four workshop shows in early February 2019, and performing the world premiere of our adaptation in Toronto from March 22-April 13, 2019. We have all the ingredients for a truly special production, and we just need a little help to make sure they come together!

Your support today will take us all the way through our development to our opening night in Toronto. It will help us travel to Sudbury in February, pay our artists for their work, provide materials and space to build our set and staging elements, and give us space and time to perfect the show in Toronto before we open.
We're so excited to bring a new life to the timeless story of The Little Prince. With your help, we know we're going to make a show that's touching, fun, and totally unforgettable.
