Help Boyle Heights Puppy

On 01/29/18 someone posted on Facebook of an injured puppy. My girlfriend and I decided to take him to the vet. As of now he is stabilized but will be needing surgery. Doctors also said that anything could happen with these types of situations. Please if anyone can help as I am just a college student working a part-time job. Medical bills are already in the thousands. Any amount will be greatly appreciated!
