Help Bobby's SUV/Business

Please, we can really use your help!!! My husband runs his own coffee vending business, but in order to do so, he needs a well-running and reliable SUV. 

Currently, his used Ford SUV needs a new engine and it doesn't have a warranty.  His vehicle is the center of our Universe, for without it, he won't be able to work, which means we won't be able to pay for our apartment, meaning we will become homeless. 

I am currently unable to work outside of the home due to my health and I've unsuccessfull in my attempts to work from home  and We literally have no other options...we have a 15 year old son at home who's looking forward to Christmas and right now, we don't even know how we are going to live, let alone provide a nice holiday for him?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...I never thought that we would ever be in a situation like this and it's more than embarrassing to have to ask for help but we just don't know what to do?
