Help with dental surgery costs

On Sunday July 15th, Beyar had woken up with tooth pain. As the day continued the tooth pain became worse. At roughly 8pm on Sunday night I had noticed his left eye was starting to get puffy along with his cheek on the left side. We thought all this was because his cavity must have gotten worse so throughout the night I stayed up and kept an eye on him as the evening progress his eye got more and more swollen. When he woke up Monday we made a dentist appointment. The dentist had told him his tooth was infected gave him some oral antibiotics and pain relievers and sent him on his way with a appointment to remove the tooth on Wednesday.

After the dentist appointment we came home he wanted to nap. After napping for about 2-3 hours he woke up feeling warm and his face had gotten more swollen. He than took a shower to see if he would feel better. After his shower his head started throbbing and so we took him to an emergency.

When we got to the emergency they took him in with no wait time. They performed a ct scan on his face. The results had come back that his infection had made its way up to his temple. The doctor came in and told him if he would have went to sleep that evening he wouldn't have woken up the infection was almost in his brain.

The ct scan reports he has a abscess on his gum, an abscess on his cheek bone and an abscess behind his eye ball pushing on his optical nerve.

Since Monday evening he's being on IV antibiotics and steroids to try and bring the swelling down and get rid of the infection. He was seen by the infection and disease doctor in the emergency, they took blood work and 5 hours later performed another ct scan. The ct scan results showed the infection still moving rapidly in his body and causing the abscess behind the eye ball to grow.

He went to an oral surgeon to get the infected tooth removed, the dentist stated it was the #16 tooth causing an infection. So the surgeon goes in and removes the tooth to drain the infection. It turns out that wasn't the tooth that was infected. The oral surgeon performs his own ct scan on his teeth and discover all of this was from his wisdom tooth. So then then the oral surgeon extracted that tooth and drained the infection. The ct scan also showed his #2 tooth also has an abscess as well.

After his oral surgery we see his eye surgeon and they perform a ct on his face. The results show that when the tooth was pulled the infection travelled up more ,
Resulting in his abscess being very big in size and pushing his eye ball out 2mm. The abscess on his cheek formed a second abscess on his cheek ( giving him 2 now ) and creating the infection to go into the bones of his cheek.

Last night they performed the 2 surgeries. The ENT doctor went up through the nasal cavity to drain out the infections on his cheek and the eye surgeon cut under his eye lashes under his eye to get safely behind the eye to drain the infection. He is currently in recovery now and we're waiting on the new ct scan to make sure they got all the infection in the abscess out so he can. Begin his 10 day antibiotics to start fighting the infection in his cheek bone.

Ohip covers all his medical expenses besides the dental work.

During this whole time the both of us are unable to work and I have to pay the dental expenses. We also have 2 children and all of our daily expenses.

The cost for the dental surgery is going to cost roughly $2000.00 to pull and drain with stitches and then the antibiotics.

I am reaching out to ask if anyone would be so generous to help us out in the cost of the dental procedure cause his dental insurance ran out with the first procedure he had.

Thank you all and god bless ♥️
