Help bailey get back to health

My boyfriend and I recently decided that before his deployment on Sunday, February 18th we were going to get a puppy to keep me company on the 9 months he would be away.
We decided to check out Petland in Jacksonville, FL and purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog who was said to be in perfect health and condition. When we initially brought Bailey home, she was beautiful..full of life and excited to have a home. As the day progressed she became very lethargic and started to lose her breathing. After going to several different veterinarians in and around the jacksonville/savannah area, she has been hospitalized in critical condition costing us nearly $3,000 dollars and rising as every minute goes by.
She is currently on life support, being held at Savannah Emergency Clinic by night and the Internal Medicine Crew takes over on her care during the day hours. She is being held in an oxygen tank with IV's giving her fluids. The diagnosis is she left Petland with a serious upper respiratory disease that could have not been unknown. She now has serious pneumonia in both lungs, in which her right lung is hardly still working. She is on MANY other antibiotics and we are paying for every minute she is kept in there.
If we take her off of support, she will die and we have been made very aware that it would most likely happen.
We could use all the support from friends, families, and strangers to bring Bailey back home and get her healthy.
