I never thought I would see the day where I would so desperately need the help of my friends. Last night I took my new puppy Miley to the vet and received some devastating news. Miley was diagnosed with Parvo. Miley's breeders faked her vaccination documents and left her susceptible to this horrifying virus.
My vet gave me the option to undergo and extremely expensive week long treatment or to euthanize. I have never felt my heart sink to my stomach so fast. I have obviously chosen to take on the financial hit in order to save Miley's life. This treatment will cost anywhere from 5,000-8,000 dollars. I have provided half of these costs up front in order to start her treatment, but I fear I will quickly run out of funds. This is where I ask you to step in. I have set my goal low, asking for only what I cannot immediately provide. 5,000 is the low end of her estimate.

As most of you know, I am not one to ask for handouts. I want all of you to know that I would never ask for your help if I did not truly need it. I would never ask for this money to help myself, but when it comes to this puppy even swallowing my pride is a step I'm willing to take, if it saves her life.
I have one week to raise the other half of money required to save Miley's life. She will undergo 5-8 days of treatment with >90% chance of making it through. Once cured, she will lead a long, happy, normal doggo life with no lasting effects.

Miley has quickly become the light of my life. She's the kind of dog you know will be your best friend for years to come. At only 9 weeks old she is taking the world by storm. She is so smart, rambunctious, loyal, and of course an absolute joy to snuggle. I would love for anyone who donates to have the opportunity to meet her and see for themselves why she is such an amazing pup.
