Help Baby Buster

Tax deductible
Baby Buster was surrendered to Nebraska Boston Terrier/French Bulldog Rescue late Wednesday (9/19) night.  Buster was found at a rest stop by someone and after realizing he is in peril sought out rescue so he has a chance at life.

This little boy is about 7-8 weeks old and only weighs 2 pounds.  He is blind and had no use of his back legs.   He was very malnourished.  We saw what bad shape he was in and immediately took him to the emergency clinic for treatment.  The vet there was very concerned about him and mentioned there was a possibility he wouldn’t make it through the night.  We was started on fluids and fed a very small meal through the night.  We checked in Thursday morning and were relieved he made it through the night.  He did have to be placed in an incubator because he cannot seem to keep his body at a normal temperature.  He is standing on his legs now, but still cannot walk.  We are hoping that this gets better as he gains some strength, but at this point we don’t know.

We are asking for help to cover his growing vet bills.  As soon as I get a copy of his emergency care I will post it and adjust the amount as needed, but at this point he has had 2.5 days of emergency around the clock care.

Thank you in advance.
