Help Army veteran Leland Polley pay medical bills

Leland Polley is a Vietnam veteran who served 2 tours and was awarded a Purple Heart for injuries sustained from being struck by shrapnel from an RPG.
Leland has struggled with Diabetes for most of his life and had a quadruple bypass on October 2017. The surgery site became infected causing it to rip open, Leland struggled for a year with that infection. Last May Leland, developed A-fib, causing multiple hospitalizations resulting in him needing a feeding tube for nutrition and a tracheotomy to breathe.
Leland has fought hard this last year to build his health up to the point of being able to have his feeding tube and tracheotomy tube removed. He has COPD and congestive heart failure which causes too much fluid in his body. Leland's quality of life is currently poor due to needing to have to have dialysis 4 days a week, for 4 hours each session. This limits him being able to get the therapy he needs to strengthen his body. Leland relies on using a walker, and wheelchair to get around and bathing is difficult as he only has a stand-up shower.
Leland and his wife Anita rely on disability to pay bills, and the accrued medical expenses have finally reached a point where they can no longer pay for all of their other bills in addition to the medical debt. The money raised from this campaign will go towards paying Leland's current and future medical bills allowing him and his family some breathing room during this difficult time in their lives. Should Leland's health suddenly improve, additional funds will be used to improve Leland's quality of life around his home with the first focus of helping afford a walk in tub to allow Leland to bathe without assistance.
