Help Alexander get a car.

I am a college student at FSU and commute from Havana which is a 32 mile round trip drive daily. I stayed during hurricane Michael to protect as best I could. It was epic and terrifying at the same time. We were on the eastern side of the category 4 eyewall and were hit with numerous tornadoes . Our entire area was decimated, 20 trees down in our yard alone. Unfortunately one of them crushed my older Toyota I get back and forth to school in. I applied to FEMA for some help with a car and was informed that my ID had been aprehended by an unknown person and was turned down. I now have to prove I am me. This will take time when I have no electricity no car no water and am trying to get to school. I am studying disaster management which is pretty funny considering the predicament I am in at the moment. Any help would be appreicated, thank you.
